My name is Andrew Hatton. I've been working on servers for about 8 years, focusing on Debian based operating systems. I run my own web site, game server, and general server hosting business I've come to call CronoTech, which I've had running for the last 5 years. I specialize in LUA coding, for GTAV FiveM servers; HTML/CSS which I use to build out websites like this one and CronoTech; and an assortment of other languages. I'm also a Cherwell Certified Professional Admin and Developer, which I use in my current day job as a Senior Cherwell Administrator for the organization I work for. Outside of work and gaming I am a Cub Scout Den Leader for the Wolf Den of Pack 765 out of Louisville, KY; I am also the webmaster, developing and maintaining the Pack's online presence at pack765.com

Answering daily calls for nurses, doctors, medical staff, etc. about issues related to physical, network, and security issues. Install software on employees’ computers related to their job roles. Assisting hospital staff at 10 hospitals (including urgent care centers and offices) remotely to troubleshoot software issues. Installing work related applications on mobile devices. Working with IT Security to assist on the user side of things, watching and triaging phishing emails
Service Desk “BITS” Admin/Sys Admin: Administrating, managing, troubleshooting problems on multiple servers running the company ticketing system (Symantec). Assisting with the switch from an old to new software (Symantec to Cherwell), including Incident Management, Project Management, and Change Management/Database systems.

Owner and administrator of my startup, CronoTech. Building and Hosting VPS’s, Game Servers, Voice Chat servers, and more. Troubleshooting issues with each client to ensure all system are up and running as expected. Backing up services for all clients; testing and maintaining all backups and running services. Hosting and maintaining iTop Open Source ITSM Solution.
October 2018 - March 2020
Patching Team: Successfully patched ~18,000 servers monthly keeping the success rate at or above 95% compliant. Automatically installing patches on both Windows Server using SCCM and on Linux servers via Puppet. Manually installed Windows patches by remoting into them and downloading the appropriate patches. NOC/Help Desk: Monitored all of Trace3’s customer’s networks/servers/workstations. Would attempt to provide tier1/2 support for any downed services or networks, and would send off to their on-call team for tier 3/onsite support.
